Grain, such as wheat and maize is a valuable raw material and special care has to be taken in the transformation into flour. The course ‘Milling for Executives’ gives an insight into the process from wheat and maize to flour and highlights the key factors for success.
The course will be held at the African Milling School, where we have appropriate infrastructure with classrooms, laboratory and a fully equipped school mill. These facilities allow to transfer knowledge with theoretical lessons and practical ‘hands-on’ exercises.
