Transport & Accommodation

Transportation charges are to be taken over by the students or their companies, as they are not part of the school fees. However, the AMS recommends using one of our trusted taxi service providers. Plane tickets should be shared with the AMS team beforehand to facilitate pick up. The taxi service provider will handle transport needs from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the school during the study period. Transportation charges must be settled directly with the driver in cash or MPESA. A Money Exchange Bureau available in Nairobi CBD or Westlands can be visited for currency exchange.

The hotel must be booked and settled personally, directly with the service provider, as accommodation is not part of the school fees Special corporate rates are offered for our students at various trusted hotels. Details can be provided upon request.

Visa Application & Documents

Passport details should be shared via ams.nairobi@buhlergroup.com to facilitate an invitation letter (passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months). A dummy hotel confirmation letter, company certificate, and work ID will be provided by the school for the visa application.
